We have identified and regularly review key objectives and measurements that help pinpoint our strengths and weaknesses and - more importantly - identify areas for improvement. These include performance related measurements such as the development and testing of software against plans, the delivery of acceptable products within agreed timescales, performance against SLAs and the capture of support trends. Regular quality audits internally and by LRQA ensure that the high standards we set continue to be acheived.
