Weston Digital Technologies today announced that it had successfully been re-approved by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance to the following Management System Standards: ISO 9001:2000 & TickIT Guide Issue 5.

The Management System is applicable to: ‘the design, assembly, installation, customer training and maintenance of voice, video and data recording solutions; and the development of associated software and quality management applications in accordance with TickIT Issue 5.'

Mike Partridge, Commercial Director, commented: "It's gratifying to know that our management systems continue to be very effective and that we were able to gain our ISO 9001:2000 re-certification with such ease. The executive report highlighted the fact that we ‘continue to demonstrate an effective and pragmatic system implementation with evidence of performance and customer satisfaction being visible through management review objectives and measures and related process performance measures such as support call performance, warranty performance and customer training feedback'."
