Weston Digital Technologies Launches Symphony to the Channel

Symphony is an Advanced Communications Recording and Analysis platform, now providing SMEs with Enterprise Level Functionality

Today Weston Digital Technologies, announced the launch of its flagship product, Symphony 7 – a leading communications recording and analytics solution - to the SME reseller channel. Weston has 20 years of expertise in the communications recording industry and specialises in providing tailored recording and analysis solutions to emergency services, contact centres, financial services and education; from today resellers can capitalise on Weston’s leading call recording portfolio for businesses of all sizes.

Mike Partridge, Commercial Director, Weston Digital Technologies comments, “We are very excited to launch our portfolio into the channel and wanted to maximise the opportunity for call recording that we are currently seeing in the SME sector. SME businesses are getting switched on to the benefits that call recording can bring, such as increased productivity and improved customer service. Cost has always been a barrier to entry for end users in the SME space for call recording, and Symphony 7 eliminates this by combining a complete, cost effective recording and analysis solution with a simultaneous user licensing model. SMEs historically faced cumbersome and complex recording solutions that were inflexible and wouldn’t integrate with existing technology. Symphony addresses these challenges; it is a scalable solution that is vendor agnostic and an easy to use to meet customers recording needs and grow with their business. We look forward to working with resellers and driving opportunity and growth in this space.”

Unified call recording for TDM, IP, mobile telephony, screen activity, CCTV and radio was previously only affordable for larger organisations but with Symphony 7, SMEs can now benefit from the same advanced technology.

Symphony 7 has recently achieved Mitel Compatible Certification and has officially been validated for use with Mitel’s MiVoice Business (Rel 7.0) and MiVoice Border Gateway (Rel 8.0.27.0) products. Certifications with other major vendors will soon be available.

"Building and maintaining the right technology relationships to deliver customers high-value integrated solutions is a critical component for success in the business communications marketplace" said David Lowenstein, Director of Business Development for MSA. "Mitel continues to work with best-of-breed companies like Weston Digital Technologies to deliver complete solutions that address the business challenges of our customers."

Weston’s innovative and robust solution includes features such as: the ability to record calls based on a custom preference, record by targeted criteria, synchronise screen recordings and contains powerful search and playback functionality of recordings via Smart Folders that can be personalised to the end users requirements. Additional Symphony modules include: screen recording and a fully customisable quality management module.
